2010 SUSA here. 2 things. 1, white is not at our level yet. Solid team with 5 or so great players, but our team is honestly 16 great players; by far the most complete team in ECNL for 2010. 2, I saw some posts about NEFC goalie and I must agree with some of the posters; “she’s legit!!!!” She’s the sole reason we didn’t win 15-1. Honestly think she took 50 shots, about 15-20 shot from point blank range inside the box and she stepped everyone. Pretty impressive considering we control the ball the entire game. We actually think they might have possessed it in our defensive half 4 times the whole game. I’d love to know what area that girl is from and how/why Stars or Scorpions don’t have her???

Only played them at tournaments, but wish they played in the New England Conference to give us some better competition.

First off, you aren’t a parent of either, but you know it was a great game? Your either a liar or the coach. Either way, yes it was a great game, but you did NOT beat up on NEFC as you claimed you would. NEFC **** down your “Star” players, controlled most the ball 60/40 and proved to all the Stars parents there is another pathway out there.

2011 SSS won the tournament and beat SUSA. Looks like all the MA talent is 11s and at SSS

Aside from scoring at will on a weak Scorpions team, this proved accurate.

Stars inability to score (except against Scorpions) for two straight tournaments isn’t a fluke though. Low scoring ties will become common if they can’t figure out how to score.

That’s interesting because if you check every division for each age group, Stars is in bottom half of each, if. It last; except 09 blue and 10 blue and white.
