There are 3 insane parents here. An NEFC Dad, a White dad, and a lower level DPL dad that wants his kid on Blue but not in the cards so he attacks blue. Three Crazy dads. I don’t really think there’s a Blue or Scorpions parent on here from what’s being repeated. I wish these dads would stop trying to live through their daughters. They create a toxic space here.

I think there are only 2 dads on here. NEFC dad and Stars White Dad. Both of whom attack Blue. And also attack each other. Loved seeing some potential identities being spilled out this weekend. Maybe shame them into reigning themselves in. Keep an eye out for a fist fight if NEFC ever plays Stars White again.

No. None of these clubs have consolidated or acquired all of the top 2010 players in the state. You guys are funny. Do you have older daughters? Those of us with high school age daughters know that 7th and 8th grade girls are changing, losing interest, growing, and quitting soccer during these years. I always tell my daughters the girls on the top team in 8th grade are often at the top of their game and wait a couple of years as the late bloomers, hard workers, often replace those 8th graders who peaked early or burned out.
You all need to calm down we are about 2 years away from seeing who will be on top 4 teams.

No consolidation because all clubs know this is weak age group for soccer and are working on the 20011/2012's..........

Opening posts on this thread were about how deep this age group was. Now we’re talking about how it’s so shallow that every club in the state has given up on it. You people are the craziest of all drama queens. Just focus on your kid and enjoy your kids journey - whether it’s top level or rec level. Putting others down doesn’t make your kid better.

This age group is pretty good! Yes I am a bias parent but I am a 2010 parent so o can tell you what we have experienced. I do think that there are parents from other age groups talking garbage here calling this group shallow. I have a kid on an ECNL team. We have participated in camps, ODP, and switched clubs at one point so I’ve gotten to meet parents and see this age group develop. Not only do I see talent, I see self motivated multi-sport athletes. This crew was a group of 3rd and 4th graders during covid. Parents got creative and started training in small groups at fields, and doing a ton of foot skills online. So I’m seeing girls with better foot skills. I’m seeing also more talented girls. Yes depth. As these players start 8th and 9th grade next year the biggest challenge will be the need to specialize in a sport or leave club and play 2-3 sports in high school. These multi sport athletes will be a physically strong group at all levels of ECNL GA ECRL and DPL than their predecessors.. they will have had more exposure to women’s soccer on tv, and in person, they are also the first group to participate in strength and agility training since 6th grade.

2010 parents don’t seem to come on here. It’s usually 2011 parents throwing stones. 2010 players are busy playing basketball and hockey right now.

The parents that are bitter are the ones that their daughters actually belong on a GA/ECNL team. Here are some of the reasons for them to be bitter...

- Tired of the embarrassing group of parents
- Tired of players being on the team that do not belong because nobody comes to join the team due to the above reason
- Tired of using 2011s
- Tired of NEFC dad on this site saying how great his D's team is when they know they are winning in a 2nd level league
- Tired of not beating ECNL teams (when the club actually puts them in tournaments where they can play ECNL teams)
- Tired of the 2011 team being stronger than the 2010 team (by a large margin)
- Tired that SSS beat you and you took their "best player"
- Tired of NEFC dad calling one of his D's teammates parents bitter on this site, then saying hello on the parent sideline
- Tired of the top talent on their team always trying to go Blue

Enough reasons for you or would you like more detail? You are in the "exact same spot as last season" because the league is weak and if you are not in 1st or 2nd in the NE GA region, the team has failed. BTW, once you finally played a true top GA team at playoffs, wasn't it like 8-0 or something. That's very telling!

You’re trying really hard to restart this feud. Just chill out and focus on your kid. If she’s improving and in a spot to get recruited then who cares what another team is doing. If you’re an NEFC parent trying to point out some things that you feel you can’t say in person, then grow up and deal with it like an adult or leave.
