Call me a little gutless coward, but I have no idea what you're talking about when you talk about "class" on this soccer forum. Are you talking about specific players, coaches, programs, posters?

Not surprised Trinity lost 6-0, their coach is a fool.

Stupid, gratuitous post. Trinity had great season last year and having good season this year. Coach has had success at multiple colleges.

Went to Brandeis Mens game last night vs Emory team from Georgia.

I realize that this is not Div 1 soccer however was very entertaining and good soccer.

Brandeis boys are having a nice season.

NESCAC semis and finals are next weekend, featuring Amherst, Tufts, Wesleyan and Williams: plenty of local fellows contesting a league championship. Will be interesting to see who from the NESCAC gets at-large bids to NCAAs. I'm pluralizing because it will be more than one from this league.

NESCAC will get 3 bids to NCAA. Williams vs Amherst likely in the final. They both will get bids. Likely 3rd bid to Wesleyan especially if they can keep semi vs Amherst close likely regular season.

Also nice that Babson, Brandeis and Amherst will all serve as sites for at least two NCAA games.

Have seen the Amherst team twice this Fall and they are the real deal, big, fast and skilled, older experienced team and oozing with confidence to the point of cockiness---they will be very tough to beat especially at home. Not an Amherst fan, especially given their histrionics/antics after they score a goal, but expect them to make a deep run in the D3 NCAA Tournament.

Can't argue against Messiah pick--every year they are in the mix.

I'll debate it. Their coach left for D1 and last year it showed. Good but no title. Same this year; good but no title.

Ohio Wesleyan is best D3 program in the country. Not even close. The Kentucky basketball of D3 soccer. 35th NCAA appearance. Messiah a distant 2nd.

They have won an astounding EIGHT national titles since 2000 including 2 with the current head coach ( 2009 & 2010)...
