Why go through so much trouble to identify statistics that prove certain teams have underperforming offenses? It doesn't take much to read between the lines.
I haven't validated the math, because why would I, but assuming it's true you have to admit the OP has a point. Bitter or not, those are some bad results. Time for those teams to be relegated?

The problem is the Stars White Director is a complete schmuck, absolute worst I've ever seen. He's left enemies wherever he's gone, within the clubs and without. His reputation amongst college coaches is very, very poor. They rely on JD's word when it comes to player's and recruiting. Same within the league (the mockery for his antics from opposing coaches, players, and parents is funny to watch, and an embarrassment to be a part of).

The only way for Stars White to honestly survive, IMO, is for better coordination and oversight of the Club, through the leadership of Blue. White is a pimple on Blue's ass most of the time.

Are you talking about Stars White SM? Although he’s not my kids coach, friends of ours have a kid on his team and really like him. I think he produces results. He’s tough but I’ve never heard stuff that bad.

Tough is good. What he says and does isn't tough. That's likely a reason why he's essentially out of coaching now.

My daughter had him a few years ago and in the decades around the game, I've never seen anything like it. I'm not looking for results, I'm looking for a club to manage the players and get them to the next level. The saying "nobody should be a player's reason they quit the game" falls on deaf ears with this moron. We even caught the Blue staff chuckling and shaking their head at his antics.

Are you talking about SM? He’s still the coach of white National and the kids love him. He’s also the director of white.

No, not all kids love him. Some do, some accept him, some cannot stand him and that goes across every club he's been at and burned in the process. I can be 100% sure of that. And, no, he's not listed as a coach of any National teams next year, just the Director. There's a reason for that.

Correction, SM still listed as coach of a couple of the younger ages in pre-ECNL. Good luck to those parents....

So, how does he compare to other coaches at a high level in your direct experience? Give some examples of the trainings with his vs others. What the structure of those trainings are like, how often do they train? What is the sideline experience like and how are corrections communicated? Again, compare to what you've experienced elsewhere. Also, in your discussions with colleges, what did they have to say about him?

                        I appreciate the feedback.

He is 2010 ECNL and 2011 pre ECNL (best 2011 team around.)

People are fighting to be on his teams. He is cut throat ie he cuts players not hood enough to be on his team. Last year he had to cut players holding back the 2010 white team which is stronger than blue. Those players were moved to regional white, then they were moved to 2010 national blue which is not as good as white. He had to make cuts to recruit the strongest players. He will keep doing that as he is competitive and 2010 white national will stay the top team in the state. He also recruits from other clubs some don’t like it but he’s doing his job building the best teams in the state for his club to compete at national level. Parents on his team know this.

^^ Makes sense he still coaches the younger ages when it's all winnows and rainbows and it's managed daycare

And, yet, results for ECNL are what they are, right?

Yes, parents know AAALLLLLLL about him. Most sign up for the club and the league, and roll the dice with how it goes. Even those who "like" him accept him for what he is and just hope it's not their kid with the target that day. So f-en glad to be out of that mess. Worst experience I've come across in decades of being associated with this game at every level and in every capacity.
