My daughter’s coach is leaving. Any recommendation of a good team/coach near Lincoln/Concord for the 2022-2023 season? I don’t know much about the soccer landscape in the area. Maybe it is a good time to explore a little bit. She is one of the better players at her current club across multiple regions but is not dominating. Any particular club/league/division that I need to focus on to determine a good fit. I try to keep driving under 20-30 mins. Thanks!

Surf and NEFC have teams not too far away.
Or tbh you might just wait a year and do your research and start the process a little sooner. Start going to practices in April or early May.

btw the age for getting serious about a club and how much time you commit is more typically U13 plus or minus. So you have time.

I was planning to find a few clubs nearby and sign up for tryouts.
Is there any significant difference between NEFC, Surf, and Stars at younger age groups in terms of talent pool, coaching, time commitment, etc? What are the areas I need to do my research and where to find information?

At this age and level, the primary factors should be coaching, convenience, and enjoyment. Unless you have a specific conflict with the new incoming coach, Stars in Acton is still your best option.
