We are looking into club soccer for my 7 year old son. The options are overwhelming and I want to pick a team that will truly provide a good experience for my son. I can see there is a lot of drama. We are currently looking at Juventus, NEFC, Scorpions, and Abbey Villa Soccer. Looking for feedback- thanks!

At that age, whatever is closest and has a good fit and culture. As he gets older, move to the MLSNext clubs. -
What this person said. At age 7, it’s way too young to start the hour long commutes. You still have a few weeks of team practices left this season. Find a couple of the closest clubs and ask to come and practice with the team. Chat the parents up waiting on the sideline and you’ll get a feel for the club pretty quick. If you need to choose between a few clubs, I would suggest finding one large enough to have a few teams at each age group so they can properly level the kids.Originally posted by Guest View PostComment
