    Small irrelevant tournament.

The white National team is good. They are better than blue. They are also better than scorpions regional and shouldn’t have played them but that tournament was weak, small like other poster said. Lots of really good 2010 players out there on NEFC, Select, etc. The national blue and white team is not going to stick together once they get to high school as we all know the best players from NEFC and Select will come over and take the spots. During these young middle school years the ECNL teams are made up of some of the better stars players but some of the best 2010 players are developing at other clubs.

That can’t be good for Stars.
The stars third or fourth team at 2010 lost 2-1 to SSS top 2011 team, seems more impressive that stars has the player depth that their third and fourth teams can compete competitively with the top team one year younger of a club like SSS. How do you think SSS’s third or fourth team would do against a stars top team one year younger?

Look at how SSS North Navy (3rd) is doing in the Impact League (some are losing to Aztec’s 2nd team) and the answer’s fun to imagine.

That's one way to rationalize losing to a younger team...

Exactly. Other sports will take them away and/or they will focus on school.

Is the Impact League standings accessible? Google doesn’t seem to be my friend for this.
