You'll learn. I can wait. I'm well past the finish line. All TPP coaches know my son. So does the BC coach. So does the Northeastern coach. There are plenty more I could list, but it's not worth my time.

Jealousy is an awkward homage which inferiority renders to merit.

if your kid doesn't have Top D1 potential....its a waste of time and money IMHO

Actually, TPP is a very positive influence in our son's soccer experience. Let's face it, most of our kids playing soccer, playing and paying for club, attending private training, TPP, etc, will still have to overcome many many obstacles in order to make a career of soccer. What TPP does among other positives, is keeps my son's love for the game alive, while he navigates trying to climb the soccer ladder which can beat the living **** out of a kid's confidence. He loves to go. He likes the contrast to regular practice. The staff have been positive role models for him, those who have left and those who remain. We have been at this long enough to know that paying money won't make our son into the perfect recruitable package, he has to actually be good enough at the end of the day.

What a bunch of BS. If 1% end up playing D1 soccer .001% end up going pro(Revs2 doesn’t count).

When you say “soccer ladder” it lets people know that you’re a knucklehead dad.

[QUOTE=Guest;n4500902]So the REVS are sending kids to COE instead of developing them in-house?

Oh boy, that explains A lot! [/QUOTE

Yes, that's right Noah Buck trained there all off-season along with several other Revs USL2 Pro's......not to mention the local D1 players from schools all across the country as well.

That should explain it even further!

If academics are important than May I suggest staying away from this model for a few years and see how those SAT scores come in after a player has been there for at least 2-4 years and/or how graduates fair academically in college. REVS pushing players to attend COE is a BS move.

'Trained there' = paid to play pick up games against other good players in a low performance setting. Love it when they posted videos of players not defending
