What is a reasonable expectation for practice and game schedules to be finalized?

Really reaching my wit's end with our lack of a definitive practice and game schedule. Our winter and continuing practices are ridiculously early for middle school players. School gets out at 3:20 who can make it to practice by 4:00 or 4:30? Our entire spring is filled with games times that are still TBD. How is it possible that they don't have game times for the next two weekends? Is this normal or just unique to our team?

Poorly run team/club. I mean May games, sure, but April should be up by now. Does the coach do all the scheduling? The club? Parent manager? Ideally the club has a staff member to manage all the scheduling. Coaches aren't always the most organized and usually have multiple teams and another job. A good parent manager can be a blessing, a bad one a curse

Ask parents on different teams if they have the same problem. If they do its the club, if not it's whoever does your games.

Game scheduling is not solely a fault of the club. The opponent and/or league bears some responsibility too.

4-430 practices are very common. Even among the best run clubs.

We are with Stars. We have had our practice schedule and game schedule for spring for a while now. Very organized

agreed but in this case it seems like no games are on the schedule. yes other clubs can be slow to confirm if it's their fields, so having the odd game here or there not be finalized is fine - just not most.

Most clubs use fields that are rented from a 3rd party for practices and home games. Away games are similar as the opponent is likely renting from a third party as well. Some of those third parties are very slow to issue their permits. You would expect them to be all set by now but apparently not.

look, you can go on lijsoccer, edp, nyclubsoccer and see all the game schedules posted on the internet...you don't need to bother your coach with bs questions you can easily find out for yourself.

If games aren't scheduled they won't be found on a site

                    Depends on league and/or facility.
