        You can always say no. It may not go over well but it's an option. But most times tournaments are laid out when you sign your contract. It's rarely a surprise unless it's a rising team that isn't certain it will get accepted

          So tiring of a comment. Nice to play some outside competition beyond the 15 teams stars/nefc/select etc puts into their u14 tourney. Kids enjoy it. It’s an experience. Weather often times is better than at the seacoast tourney….get over yourself

                If as so many have said it's not really about the soccer then let's go to someplace that isn't the New Jersey of the south. Someplace warm with more to do.

                  Go ahead and start your own event, with large enough facility, accommodations, generally cooperative weather - and doesn't require a flight for most teams which rules out FL.
