But his one point is valid - best kids move up to MLSN. Often all it takes is losing a few top players and teams slump badly.

    Ulittle results mean nothing.

IFA /Juve is in MLS Next, so *** are you even talking about?
The collective brain power on TS is abysmal and trending downward.

If players are shooting for college soccer they need to get out of Juve. The earlier you can break into a top roster at the Revs or Bolts the better off they'll be.

          K, that's enough. You're just plain stupid.

Except that it's true. Show us Juve's commit list then it can be debated if they have a good college track record. There are fewer opportunities in men's soccer so MLSN dominates, pro clubs being the very top of the pyramid followed tbythe better pay to play clubs. BOlts has solid lists every year. Players from other leagues can be recruited but it tends to be low level programs . It also tends to be a lot more work and few players per team in the lower levels will get recruited, a handful at most

Juve has 4 commitments this year. GREAT for those 4 players. Not so good for every other graduating player.

An example of why deciding to do MLSN - or not - needs to have a dose of realism with it. Plenty of players won't get recruited or will wind up in D3 where they probably could have landed without MLSN. If your kid isn't a top starter with a better MLSN club a different option may be a better fit - more PT, less travel and cost, don't have to give up HS.

There are 2 local MLSNext teams that send every graduating player off to college soccer.

And others across the country that don't. Many local kids are prep school players, desired by many of the fine academic schools in the area and their very average soccer programs

Not every kid is a prep school player. Average soccer programs? Where is your kid playing college soccer? If you want your son to play in college you should look at either the Revs or Bolts.

While playing for REVS /MLS Academy would make a player more desirable at the collegiate level (especially now that Spring season has a MLS ONLY Schedule), at the end of the day, the system will find talent no matter where he / she plays.
