This forum can have inflammatory comments and at same time some thruth that the club itself do not answer. So, if I ask this question directly to JD:"what kind of person are you?" What do you think I'll get back? The thruth? Come on.

I've made some of my best hires based on references that I have gotten from Talking-soccer.

There are several better coaches out there but if you looking for a individual that has the mentality that you follow or get out. Go for him... He has run a successful soccer club and that is no easy feat in Mass which is market saturated.

I'd question his knowledge around merger time though.

I think it is brilliant. An intelligent person should be able to filter out the agenda ladden noise. Notice how no one has really refuted the basic information. That speaks volumes.
