I could care less. Don't have any stake in the age group or in any of the clubs. It's just so obvious, that's all. And humorous. And pathetic.

Their rising 14's are close to untouchable and added two good players from Stars - this should raise the flag: just when they would become ECNL players. None came out to brag about anything or force those kids to try out for that club. It is not a matter of believing or not in the product. The product is already sold and it is in fast demand.
Why did these 2 player's leave the Stars

Not true whatsoever. Wanted to play highschool. ECNL schedule makes that difficult at U14 and these girls were jv/varsity.

What is the difference between an ECNL Fall Schedule and the NEFC Team?

No, NEFC allows their U14 players playing for their high school teams to miss NEFC stuff for their high schools. Stars will not allow the same flexibility.

Yeah that is what I was trying to say. They don't travel as far and that is the difference. Heck it looks like with the results this weekend the ecnl team wouldn't be worth the travel.

BS. I know of Stars players that go to private schools where they are imposed and prioritized to play sports during fall, winter, and spring.
Excuses and excuses. Simply stated: those players left Stars to play for NEFC. Why? Who knows. But just before the 1st ECNL year, it makes you go hummm...

The answer is actually quite simple. The personality of NEFC is dramatically different than that of the Stars. Suffice to say that while both have high expectations NEFC is just a lot more tolerant than the Stars are and that has a lot more appeal than all of the Stars shills are willing to admit. I wonder how the site seeing is in Chicago.

But I wonder who those players were replaced with? Better players than those who left?

The answer is even more simple. If you do not believe in what the ECNL has to offer your child, and they are good enough to make one of the ECNL teams, DONT PLAY ECNL. Pick a different team!!!!!!!!! Wow, thats so hard to figure out!!!!!!!!

That is a joke. It is different rules for different kids at NEFC. NEFC wants you to think they are different. We will see if missing practices and games are accepted by the rest of the parents and players.

Not sure what you are talking about here but it is ok for my kid to play both. If HS practice is late and I cannot make practice then that is where it would get difficult. I do not beleive you can miss practice unless it's because of a game. The coaches realize it is still soccer even though it might be a totally different style and skill being trained.

there is only a small percentage of players that would be considered by the 2 ECNL clubs in MA anyway, so for the most part, this whole conversation is only valid for a few
