Jr Pios interview for a coaching position;

Interviewer: Can you please just not curse and drop the F bomb during practices and games;
Applicant: Yah I think I can handle that.
Interviewer: If you must break the young ones down, shout and harshly criticize, you must follow up with telling them it's for their own good.
Applicant: Yah I think I can handle that. It's my personal philosophy that the shouting and drawing attention to a kids inferior play during a match will only make them better.
Interviewer: You're in. Oh and when we eventually get complaints from other clubs, parents and the kids themselves, we'll just switch you to a different team and pretend it never happened.
Applicant: Cool.
