Applications were due December 15, 2011. How long to post the Brackets? Perhaps some delays in reviewing/approving rosters.

Perhaps they are scrambling to fill vacancies of teams opting out of state cup this year?

With NEPs scheduling inconsistencies, they are reviewing the applications to verify that the teams that are using the league to qualify meet the requirements to play.

Not a very scathing response, just an uninformed one. Not a stars parent, just a parent who understands that the ma state cup without the u15g and up ecnl clubs will not have the best team crowned.
