You are so wrong. I heard she was voted the team MVP this past year so it is not a stretch to call her the best player on the team. Look for her to commit to a fairly high level D1 program.

Newton North is not close to third. They will struggle to have a 500 season. The new coach will make a great impact but they have lost too much in graduation, injuries and private school enrollment. There are no impact players coming in as freshman to recue them.

I think selecting 3-5 is pretty tough in the Carey it could go either way. I may have given Newton North more credit than they deserve. I agree though new coach is going to be a big plus.

They include central and western Mass teams as well (Minnechaug is #4, Algonquin is #5, Chicopee #7 and Shrewsbury #8. They have separate rankings for Div. 2 and Div. 3 but no other Baystate teams ranked.

High school preseason rankings mean nothing. I love the style of soccer Weymouth plays but I think they are going to struggle early this year. Graduated alot of talent. Going to take some time for Coach Macintyre to get them to the level they need to be
