What is up with the revs? Don't hear a lot of the "talk" currently. Maybe they are all in Florida. And the Bolts havent fared that well either but rumour is they look much better
Are GK and DM eligible to play for the Revs while in Residency?
DM did not make the squad for the International friendlys so he has played with the Revs in their showcase games. GK has been playing for the US. (and played very well last night vs Brazil)
It's a little harsh/soon to draw any conclusions about the U16 Bolts and U16 Revs. The bolts seem to be missing some important players, a couple others just coming off injury, and BA is shifting players around to fill in or try things out. They shouldn't end up an embarrassment like last year, but still, given the Revs and Bolts results (and boy - not to mention Seacoast, SouthCentral, Oakwood and Empire) you have to recognize that NE boys soccer is not cutting it relative to the mid-Atlantic, Texas, SoCal... well, just about everywhere. IMHO some of the NE teams (not the Revs actually) are relying too much on big and fast and not enough on skill and tactics.. and NE is falling behind a lot of the other regions.

You are very negative for the first 5 games of the season especially since the NE U18 Division has a 13 wins, 8 losses, and 2 ties combined record with the Bolts on top. In Florida the Bolts U18 tied one and won one.
I don't see any reason to think the New England is behind the rest of the country in this age group
Now, overall, you can make a stronger statement against the U16 NE Division. However with even W/L records by Revs and Bolts, at worst you can say they are average.

Bottom line is... BS Revs Technical coach and U16 is not a quality coach.

Yeah - I agree the Bolts U18 stands out as on par with the best. Probably having AR helps, as his college plans didn't work out this year. And its early to say much about the Bolts and Revs U16. But look at the other NE U16 teams.. 0:4 across the board. Seacoast U16 is already 0 GF, 14 GA. Wow.

In other words - the Bolts and Revs will do great this year in division, and might be mediocre to weak outside.
Are you the type that will find something negative to say regardless?
The DAP is made up of 78 teams/clubs that provide the highest level of youth soccer in the country.
If that is the case (I suspect you think otherwise), then is there anything negative about doing 'great this year in division' and being on par with the rest of the country?
Mediocre is medium.....not an A but not a D or F. I don't know where you jumped down to 'weak'.
