The Top 150 will be based on college recruiting interest, and will include only those players who project to be college prospects. The complete Watch List will include approximately 450 players who have been recommended through one of the following sources: ECNL staff, U.S. Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program, elite club and high school coaches and/or by ESPNHS Staff evaluations.
