Let me translate for the OP.....
His child's team lost to a team that he/she felt that they should have beaten. This loss has sent waves of nausea and concern throughout their team, the club, and the extended families of all those involved. Instead of buying some ice cream for the little tots, this poster decided to complain on TS as if it will do anything at all.

Long time ref here. No penalty. Defensive player established a legitimate position and player with the ball tried to bulldoze through his leg. Not a penalty at midfield and not in the box. Sorry. Nice try. BTW - the terminology is "foul" and not "penalty".....

Furthermore it is not a "license" it is a patch and grade.

Kid with the ball took a major dive. Defensive player established a legitimate position. Running into the defenders leg and then falling over it in a pathetic attempt to draw a call is pathetic. I say yellow card for diving.
