Hard to figure out what type of team the Chelsea LadiesReserves is. Looking at WIKI the regular Chelsea Ladies Reserves has players that are in their twenties if you click on some of the bios. So for a U17/U16 blended US team to win, it is more likely that is a younger youth feeder squad that has multiple age teams but can anyone comment on the ages of the opponents the ECNL team player?

It was their full, top reserve team with some players who have been or are in the mix for the WSL pro team.
