My U-12 son is interested in refereeing low level town soccer games to gain some refereeing experience. He plans to take the grade 9 referee course this winter. Our town soccer association requires refs to be 13, but I know that some of my son's 11 year old club teammates are reffing in their towns. Unfortunately we do not live near those towns. Does anyone know of a town north of Boston, preferably near the 495/93 area that will let soon to be 12 year olds ref?
