Coerver Coaching is a great place to start. It teaches creativity, touch and quick movements with the ball. Kids develop a comfort level on the ball and it builds confident individuals.
Developing touch, quick change of direction, and take on moves are the building blocks of young kids becoming composed and creative players. Once the players have developed these skills, other techniques will fall in place.

It does sound like a commercial, but you can get some drills off of youtube for free! That's how I became a follower to coerver coaching and had some success teaching it.
