they separate the new kids from the bolts kids, and the new kids play small sided games. they move to a larger field and after about an hour they select a top group of the new kids and mix them with a top group of bolts for a short scrimmage. Towards the end they will play full field, first with the selected group and then with the others. No sprints, ball drills, just maybe a little warmup dribbling and passing.
