Remember when we all swore we would cut down on travel, attending out of State tournaments etc. Well it didnt last long, off we go to Disney and other expensive places, Who cares if gas is over three bucks a gallon, and my job is still iffy off we go!!!!!!!!!

There is significantly less travel now that there are local tournaments in March. Even average teams used to go to Virginia Beach, and now they don't have to with Scorpion Bowl and NEFC's tournament. Stars Cup is also a venue for competition now.Originally posted by Doctor Amnesia. View Post
Disney is one of those opportunities you shouldn't pass up. Many other tournaments aren't worth it though. I still think travel is less today than it was five years ago. -
I agree, the travel does seem to have decreased over the last few years. Also I think the Clubs attending Jefferson Cup has really dropped off.Comment
