Yeah they will be at top after at u14 at the rate they are recruiting those girls that are already been trained by other clubs.

The Scorpions seem to have a lower rate of turnover than other top clubs. I have never heard of them being active recruiters. Is that incorrect?

one of the reasons they have a low turnover is they do favor the kids they develop from the youngest ages, u10 players. so these kids get the benefit of the doubt there.

they also seem to target specific players versus the mass approach.

but they do recruit, just like everybody else.

i think you forgot about the 6-0 drubbing in the fall tournament that explosion took.

explosion has a short shelf life. too much kick it far to the forward and hope she outruns everyone. it's going to catch up with them, and it can't beat a good team like Stars (as evidenced by 6-1 loss in final).

my prediction is stars and scorps will be top two again next year.

If I remember correctly, Scorps finished FIFTH in MAPLE this spring (losing to Explosion on your home field) and lost in the semi-finals last weekend (Explosion at least made it to the finals where we were soundly beaten by the Stars, all props bestowed)
