The failure of Bolts and ex-Bolts to posts commitments -- not just here but anywhere -- unfortunately adds to the sense of an extra special, secret society. The information being so closely held and held back fuels the stereotype. The information is too precious to share and enhances the idea that sooooo much is at stake for this particular group. Now given the tone and direction this thread and others take, this is understandable and perhaps even prudent, but kids could post elsewhere and at a minimum the failures to do so are certainly interesting.

My son is going to a great D3 - Strong soccer, Very strong academics..you couldn't pay me enough to put his name on this blog only to be shredded by the mean-spirited parents that prey on 18-year olds - and btw not a Bolt - but yes - some families (I know of 3 other boys) have chosen not to post.
Congrats to all!

nobody is obligated to post where they are going to go to school. it is not anyones business to know where they are going to school and everytime someone does post where they are going everyone just bashes on them saying that they are not good enough and dont deserve to be going there. so where is the motivation to post anything?? to get bashed on by parents and players that are just clearly jealous of their acomplishments?

You incorrectly perceive jealousy where none exists. How would I know what they have accomplished if it's a secret? Simple curiosity is what makes me ask where the class of 2011 will play next year. Congrat's and good luck wherever you end up.
