Doesn't look like a model of successful development. The team has steadily dropped off relative to the competition.

After U13 three key players left, after U14 two more key players left. Coach is too nice and a bunch of people do not like the attitude that was tolerated.

If the coach was doing such a great job, he is a nice guy and the team was winning, why did all these players leave?

The players that left were indeed talented but came with attitudes that were destructive. The old coach was not force enough in dealing with them. The same parents also caused many problems. From what I am told now they have lesser talent but much happier with a new young college coach. They could again sneak into the final four with a group of good athletes that play other sports and don't want to practice 4 nights a week and stay healthy.

It's the attitude of the players,parents, useless manager and club. He offered an extra practice each week only the same few girls showed up. Players thought they were so special and whined thru out practice. Parents allowed them to miss games and practices. No, dedication on the players and parents. They think town is important. Don't blame the coach when you have parents and players that think they are so special.

He's a Bowden.

He is actually the nicer Bowden but still turns some off with screaming and yelling.

They will survive. They need to come to the fact that players will not be coming from all over the State to play from them anymore. They also need to be better to current players and parents( customers).

They should have three practices a week and have a different coach once a week. Play in better tournaments and come together as a team and club. Players should be made to attend all practices and games. The club owners should look at other successful clubs are doing to bring this club up to date and make it a better. Merge with a better club?

Players should be made to attend all practices and games. The club owners should look at other successful clubs are doing to bring this club up to date and make it a better. Merge with a better club?

The players that need more do seek it out. Around a half dozen play BW-RI and a few ODP so they are getting that all important "third practice" in your mind. ](*,)The new coach will sit top players if practice is missed. It has worked. =D>

The players should not have to seek out what the club is not providing. Coach for the u-13 will sit on the players? Hopefully and get rid of some woodrot and team manager.

The responsibility of training FH players shouldn't be passed on to other organizations.

The new coach will sit top players if practice is missed. It has worked.

There are other teams/clubs that should also follow these rules/guidelines.
