I think that you mean FH did well as the BB team usually scores 10 to 12 goals.

Interestingly enough BB served up his biggest beating on another NEFC team and scorpions 2 ND team. No love for his old club and show his fellow nefc coaches where they stand....

FH had six players in the box the entire first half. Yes the FH. Keeper made good saves of shots that were directly at her.
NEFC was stronger at every position. The defense was amazing. I have not seen any team in Maple that plays the ball back effectively to the keeper as BB team.
I watched as BB rocketed shots at his keeper in warm ups. I saw the keeper turn them away as one Nefc parent stated don't kill our keeper. After that display I didn't see how FH would beat that team or keeper.
You have to give that team there due. They are one or if not the best team in the state. I am glad my daughter is not in the same age bracket

FH goalie made some spectacular stops. Some were rockets right at her but some she made great moves. The first NEFC goal was on the ground to the right corner. To me the right shot because everything in the air was being stop. The second goal you forgot to mention that the NEFC player had her back to the goalie and did a bicycle kick and the ball went into the net. The third was a beautiful one touch pass into the net. It was to bad that last try by FH didn't go in because these two teams were fun to watch.

No it was not a bicycle kick, more of a half volley from the side. Foot very close to keepers face, that was after a shot that keeper saved but left a small pop up, that BB team finished nicely..
BB team made many one and two touch passes through out the game, with the keeper being used as a sweeper 10-12 to keep possession, and avoid pressure. Many possession teams fail to get many chances on goal, BB team get many chances at finishing. They played many square balls along the back without much pressure, trying to get wing mids to bite and leave their marks, but FH team did not chase, allowed forward to pressure backs taking away some BB team options..
Brendan team is very good, with good field vision, good coaching, they should be there in late June playing in the finals of Andre cup..... But you have to play the games to get the results.. Looking forward to the end of the year tournament.

Dude, like or not, you know that the Scorps are going to be fielding solid teams that may not be the best, but can beat anyone on any given Sunday, at all age groups. It's kind of a truthism in Mass soccer

This (scorpion elite) team is intriguing. Having lost almost all of their top talent to NEFC they continue grow as a top contender. They probably have only a couple of players who would be considered top talent. It is a tribute to the coaching and dedication of the players that this team didn't disappear into oblivion. They play well as a team and seem to be getting better every week. I'm sure the constance praise of BB and NEFC is still a tough pill for FM to swallow however.

For the most part teams discussed here are at the top of their age group. Most of them are very talented and work very hard. Their parents ,while overzealous at times, have committed to nurturing whatever athletic talents they may have. By no means are these athletes anywhere near where they will be in 5 years. Some may excell, others may go another direction and leave sports to pursue other interests. This thread is clearly titled and I attended every one of my daughter's birthdays so I know exactly how old she is. I also can count so no need to remind me how many players are on the field. I also enjoy watch my daughter excell at something she clearly enjoys and support her dreams(not mine). So before you charectarize all soccer parents here as crazy you should ask yourself if you have any of substance to add. You clearly do not. My daughter enjoys being 10, playing soccer and occasionally being silly( a typical adolescent ) and yes I enjoy every minute of it.
