How exactly is this accomplished? Does MPS have to follow a different process in registering a team for SC? Is an SC representative there to review rosters before each game? How are they monitored? Are GPS devices placed on their players?

Far as I can tell from experience on BOTH sides (MPS & Maple), the process is exactly the same and there are no more reviews on MPS teams than any other team.

There currently is a U15B Bulldogs player, who is also playing for Blast. I do not know what league was used for the Bulldogs SC qualification. The player played on the Bulldogs SC roster, and therefore cannot participate in Blast SC competitions. If rules were broken by playing a qualifying league, possibly MASC, and Maple, it may have gone unnoticed.
It used to be against MPS policy to play both Maple and for them in Super-Y. A lot of rules are applied according to the player(s) coach.

OK, now that the MPS teams are out of the state cup, do we know if this kid played for them? If he did, doesn't that make him ineligible to play in state cup for the Blast?

Curiously, I believe this player picked up a red card last week. Those do not carry to state cup as I understand it, so the red card would not prevent him from playing.
