There are threads for rising clubs and clubs on the decline. But what about the status quo clubs ? Which clubs are unchanged or is that even possible?

There is only one club that you can definitly say this about- Stars. They are best girls club in state by wide margin and have been for several years running. Any doubts- just look at number of teams playing in R1PL playoffs and winning state cups across all ages.
