Before anyone starts no I am not a parent on this team but I have seen them train when my daughters team has been training at the same facility.
I've seen them too and not all of it is positive. One of the areas that these teams often fail in is how to positively motivate teammates.

Are you talking about more than one team?

My daughter plays for a different team also at a high level. The girls are always competing with each other for playing time. This is the reality of high level soccer. However, a good coach is one in which the team understands his playing time decisions.

Let me tell you this coach does not listen to parents when it comes to playing time.

Why don't you call Daddy and ask, rather than just speculating here about what was promised. There are two players directly involved along with the rest of a long established and close knit team. Oh yeah - you probably knew that already and that was the point, huh?
