That seems high by the figures I used 4 years ago (in the $10 - $15 per session range), but I think you forgot to include the residential camps into the equation. And don't ask me how to factor that in. Perhaps you need to factor it out since no other club that I am aware of includes a residential camp as part of their fee.

Does your child play a fall season as well? This could be the reason for the difference in pricing. The other poster may have a child who is older and does not participate in the fall season. Therefore would pay a lesser total fee.

Per session rate makes some sense.

FSM, approximately what are you paying currently?

Take about $1000 off that and you are correct
no keep the grand in there the following list is pretty comprehensive for what their PREMIER teams pay out not SOE.

                U13-14 have a fall season
U15 and up have showcase tournaments (haven't seen many of them so far)

                winter training indoor facility,
uniform (game, shorts, socks, training and bag plus warm ups)
                Outdoor training fields
                State Cup
                Y League Fees
                US Club Fees
                Region 1 League Fees
                Coaching fees
                Coaches travel fees

Add the cost of Spring Camp on top of club fees
Also add the Tournament cost too
2 tournaments (1 travel & memorial day) ($150 approx for tourn fee)

Mind you this does not cover the cost of the player and parent travel to games, tournaments and food and hotels etc but straight up dues there ya go.

They do however have an excellent scholarship program (kids actually so sweat equity at renegades and crusaders mens games as well as office, camp clinic and reffing side and a discount at their uniform suppliers sporting good stores plus a family discount for 3 or more kids playing for MPS be it Premier to SOE.

I am not trying to start anything, but if you are trying to calculate a per session fee you would need to factor in cancelled practices. I think that it would be good to be aware of the clubs rescheduling practices due to bad weather. My child played for one of the clubs mentioned often and they did not reschedule practices due to bad weather. I can remember some winter and spring seasons where at least 1/3 of the practices were cancelled.

20 kids per team x 28= 560 hope the coach gets most of it, or thats a nice profit margin.

Going over a calendar from a past year, and not counting tournaments that were extra charges, I counted 109 "sessions". At their current rate, and subtracting $300 for the overnight camp: 2100/109 or about $19 per "session".

Sorry but have to disagree. I added and it actually came to 2650 + 200 for 3 local and 2 travel tournaments.

2650 included fall/winter/spring/summer, uniforms, 2 week long residence.
