Jr. Pioneers beat Fuller Hamlets & won the Cape Cod Challenge tournament 2-0. Could be an interesting Paul Irwin Cup

Impressive...was that Fuller's top team ? Who are the Pioneers grouped with? Could be a team to watch.

They are grouped with: Scorpions, Aztecs and Sachems/Crusaders winner

After having seen the Pioneers twice this weekend and the Scorpions within the last two weeks it will be no surprise to me if the Pioneers advance out of the round robin. Pioneers did not lose a game during the Maple season and are very strrong defensively. Would be glad to see them knocked out as not sure Hamlets can beat Pioneeers.

I think you mean the "New England Soccer Classic" in Nauset - the "Cape Cod Challenge" is in Sandwich.

Did anyone see the final game? Was it an equal match up? Lucky goals (?)

EXPLOSION WON THE JOHN SMITH TOURNAMENT

Who did they play? The tournament schedule was not posted online and there is no listing of what teams were accepted.

Anything change to opinions on irwin cup. Looks like Fuller have fallen apart and Explosion continue to get stronger. Would expect at least 2 non blue teams to make the 2nd weekend

The stars must be aligned for Fuller, Scorps and Rays both smoked Pioneers at Irwin. Fuller doesn't have to worry about Pioneers on Father's Day. If they Hamlets were worried about Pioneers how are they going to feel about anyone they draw in 2 weeks. Who would Hamlets want to play Blackwatch, Puma, Scorpions, or Rays.

Blackwatch came a long way and has earned there possision defeating many teams they diserv to be in division one and i think they will win paul irwin cup they are a good team and although rays is good too i think blackwatch played just as hard as rays in state cup

its always close scored when rays and blackwatch play each other id like to see another game to see if blackwatch can beat rays to see if they really did diserv state cup win
