U12 Girls

earlier it was noted how differently things turn out after U12 by analyzing the results of the U12 tournament.

looking at the U15 group when they were U12 there are two interesting thoughts that spring to mind. The first is that this year's U12 group is far more competitive than that age group was as U12s. at the time scorpions was killing everyone, and stars of mass as the number three team only lost to the top two teams, killing everyone else. While Stars are the undefeated team, they've been beaten by WU and Fuller Hamlets on occasions (tournaments/friendlies) and have had other competitive games, including the last two outings v Scorpions and a draw with Explosion.

theother itneresting thing is fuller hamlets. Back then they would beat Stars and give Scorpions a game, now they can't come close to doing either. Somebody mentioned way long ago in this thread about the fact that Fuller Hamlets would fall off. This fuller team is not so different from the current 15s.

Western U has added upgraded some players that should help them seperate from the pack.

Team is good, but neither result was really indicative of the teams involved. Scorps and Stars are miles better teams. Certainly the more surprising result was the Stars result, but actual gameplay was lopsided. Same case with Scorpions game, as the two had met only about a month earlier in a tournament and Scorpions beat them 6-0.

Explosion are a pretty good team though. They are among the best of the rest. The real question is will the Blackwatch team be closer to Explosion/Puma or Stars/Fuller/WU/Scorps.

Because they aren't in the top 5, Puma is stronger than Explosion.
