Jeez - now JD is going to get in trouble for recommending them. Maybe they can pull another Mewis out of the hat.

Don't worry! They will recruit, recruit, recruit, until the majority of the team is replaced. However, it's only pre-season and plenty of soccer to be played but I just don't like how they are constantly bragging on this site when the results speak for themselves.

It is clear that JD recommended them as he felt they were in decline and felt MPS would be stiffer competition. BTW - nice jab at MPS in the earlier post - the U12 Scorpions, who have played MAPLE and tournaments for two years beat an MPS team that is a group of SOE kids who until this spring have been playing 8v8.

I think the point of the original poster was that the MPS team is not that strong, so the 1 win wasn't that impressive.

That "Spring suspension" might end up being the biggest or only victory the Scorps have this season. They certainly put the hours and training in to snare that one.
