    What is the point?

I'm just curious as to why the people on this forum have these endless discussions. I drop in here occasionally to see what people are saying and I read alot about who can develop players the best.

Develop them for what? What is the goal? To play on the national team? To play in college? If it is to play in college, then I am surprised at how little interest there seems to be in college soccer on this forum. It also seems as though people are only talking about soccer in the eastern part of the state.

I really am just curious so if someone could enlighten me I would appreciate it.

There are many discussions on college, look around and you will see.

As far as why only the eastern part of the state, well, maybe the western half doesn't care or they are smarter and have it all in perspective?

People in the western part of the state don't yet know about the internet.

True, someone said they are moving away from the telegraph and lots of them actually have telephones inside their houses. Whats next? Indoor plaumbing???

Very few people in Western Mass have indoor plumbing or heat, for that matter. But its okay... we are kept warm by all the hot air that blows our way from the eastern part of the state. :)

I heard Gov Patrick offered everything west of Worcester to New York in exchange for a pastrami sandwich, and New York refused, holding out for something of equal value.
