Why not explain to us all how the Jersey Knights Fire got in?
How about a team with no record whatsoever, PDA Scholes? Shouldnt you first have to win a game as a team before you are put into the Regions supposed number one league?
Or how about Commack FC and Massapequa?

What wrong with questioning that Einstein? My guess is that you are from one of those teams that did get in..The league is a joke and anyone in the game knows that Palmiero is a joke..What many want is a change where there is qualification standards that have to be met for a team to get into the league- so that this can be fair and balanced and that kids are not hurt because of one individual that looks out for his friends and croonies..

You may also wonder why the PDA entries are always in the North Division, regardless of how the geography works. Could it be to keep them away from those tough Virginia, E Penn and Maryland entries?

It's entirely possible that the Scholes team is made up of players from last year's Larsson team that decided not to participate on the Academy team. They only need to return 51% of the players from last year's roster. So while the Scholes name may be new, the team may not be.

By the way, the Larsson team played in South division last year, thereby blowing holes in your other conspiracy theory.........

Then where is the ground swell of complaints and the demand for action?

If anonymous venting in this small MA forum is the best you can do, then you lack the creditability or standing to drive any change. Where else are your concerns being discussed or debated? Is this just a one man crusade or are there others supporting your view?

According to Martella at USYSA there have been numerous complaints and those complaints may force there hand..Give him a call..Well, considering the 51% rule if there are 18 on the roster and 11 are starters then the remainng 7 do not qualify for 51%..Regardless, none of the Scholes kids were on that team..Besides they are 2-5 in the 7 games that they have played against crap teams..And again it goes back to qulaification standards..PDA and Jersey Knight Fire have good friends in there clubs that are close to Plamiero. You have called the operator of the league "corrupt", a "self absorbed putz", and a "joke", among other insuations.

Your team obviously didn't get accepted. How bad must your team be to lose out to a team with a 2-5 record against crap teams? Then you respond by calling league officials names, and invoke the names of other club officials and USYSA officials., who I am sure will be pleased to have been dragged into baseless mudslinging. Your club must feel an enormous sense of pride in your actions. Judging from the way you have gone about this, I'd say Region 1 made the proper decision in keeping you out. Too bad MAPLE can't toss you as well.

Looking at your posts on some of the other States, it looks like you're on a one man marketing campaign to attack Palimer. No one else is joining in and it sure looks like you're using this board just to make personal attacks. Jumping from State to State in order to drum up support doesn't seem to be adding anything new.

I think it's time for the moderators to step in and end these rant. If your team has a real issue, then name it and state your case. Jumping around in different States making the same charges as a nameless poster doesn't add a lot of creditability.

The Region I Premier teams selected this year for the most part were selected based not on performance, but on politics and friendships..Jersey Knights Fire, Commack, and a brand new team from PDA that has never won a thing, PDA SCholes..This moron is only hurting the kids and the game, but feeding his huge ego and that is what he is all about..And the icing on the cake is that USYSA and Mr. Martella and Cosgove support this...

Region One Premier acceptance letters go out to Plamero friends..Teams with no records at all such as PDA Scholes are accepted and powers such as Bruno United and Commack get in..USYSA National office supports these actions and politics rules as always..Sad to say that these smucks are in it only to feed there egos..Palmero needs to be forced out or resign as does Salter and a couple of his croonies..USYSA is going down the gutter...Hopefully US Club can find a way to pick up the slack
