    Hiring: Boston Aztec Head Coach
The Boston Aztec team of the Women's Premier Soccer League is seeking a head coach for the 2010 season. The Boston Aztecs' are the reserve team to the WPS Boston Breakers. The Breakers will utilize the team to get their players additional experience as needed. The head coach will be required to communicate with the Breakers staff on a regular basis. The team competes from April through July and is located north of Boston.
Candidates for the position should possess coaching experience at the collegiate or senior youth levels. Preference will be given to candidates with an NSCAA Advanced National diploma and/or USSF B or higher. Organization and communication skills are a must for this position.
This is a non-salaried position. Compensation opportunities may be available in the form of working camps throughout the summer. This is a great opportunity to bolster a resume for a collegiate head-coaching job.

With the amount you guys charge for tuition you would think you could at least pay your coaches. I guess just being an Aztec coach should be compensation enough.

What a disgrace. Pay your coaches!!! Stop trying to cash in the recession. Scab labor for a very cheap outfit. Shame on the Aztecs!

I am sure all 6 were over qualified as well. Why don't you guys ask the future coach for a fee to come.

If you are truly a representative of the Aztecs, please stop. It's embarrassing and not the type of leadership we want from the club we pay for our kids to play for.

Get used to it, or grow a couple more layers of skin because this is the how pompous they really are.

I will not get into details. Let's just say there are good coaches and ones that might be good someday. Aztecs have a couple of coaches on the boys side, that whenever there is a problem , are given that age group. In alot of cases it is to late for certain players. I think the boys side mgr has his hands full.
