Of course it is. Just go to the Maple web site and look at their history each spring. There are always two teams missing at high school age. That's because players start baling out around U13. This coming spring they'll be no U15 at U14 they finished last in D3 last spring. What would have been the U16 A team disintergrated last year, so the team competing in D2 this spring is basically their B team. There is no U17 team even though the team finished middle of the pack in D1. Nobody wanted to stick around after the coach left and like most Hamlet coaches, they can only take the Bowdens so long. Like the U16s, the U18 A team disintergrated and the team competing is basically their B team.

You have hit it right on the nail. The Bowdens made it impossible for this team to have any success and the coach and players had no choice. Someday they will look in the mirror and see that it is their fault and should stop blaming everyone that leaves and start looking at themselves!
