Looks like 6 to me. 2 at Nobles, 1 at Rivers, 1 at Berkshire, 1 at Andover, 1 at B,B,&N.

and my guess is that at least two were all-state in NH.

That's not exactly correct. There are 17 schools in the ISL and the area covered is basically eastern MA and RI. So it is more like an EMASS all stars list. DCL has what? 8 schools? Baystate the same? And I don't see what the number of titles won by ISL schools has to do with individual players. If that were a criteria I guess no DCL, Middlesex or Baystate team would have any all-stars either.

Like all E Mass? what are you kidding? There are over 150 teams in E Mass. The DCL has 12, I think that the Baystate has 14. So the ISL would just be a very big league in E Mass. Lets understand one simple fact... right now almost all of the very best players are still playing in the MIAA. Not at Nobles, not at Rivers, not at Milton. There are some good players in the ISL, but really no more than in just about any HS League and none are good enough to be all-americans.

Typical ISL hubris. Do you really think the number of soccer players in the ISL is anywhere near the same as in the Emass MIAA?

Someone once told me size doesn't matter.

Actually, of the private schools with good soccer programs like Rivers, Nobles, Brooks, etc., there is a concentration of very good players unlike you find at public schools, because the player choose to attend these school. Their decision to go may be influenced to some degree by the the soccer program and the other players they know attending the school.

Keep believeing that if you like. Perhaps in your mind the perception is the reality, but for right now it is mostly hype. The top 7 or 8 publics are better than anything in the privates. That wasn't the case last year when Nobles was a much better team, but don't confuse a team with a bunch of players with club pedigrees as being automatically better than these public entries. Teams like A/B, Canton, Peabody, Danvers and W/H have much better top end talent than anything in the ISL. Teams like Algonquin and Spellman are just better teams (sort of like Phillips Andover winning it all, eh?). No doubt that the privates are much better than their enrollments would normally indicate, and the formal and informal recruiting that goes on is a big part of that. But my guess is that if you set up a ten team league with the above 7 and the 3 best from the ISL, that no ISL team would finish in the top 1/2 after an 18 game schedule. They wouldn't have the roster depth or athleticism to compete over a long season and would get worn down and beaten up.

....and none of the teams listed (Rivers, Brooks, or Nobles) even made it the championship game of their respective divisions. Now if you want to talk about the girls from Worcester Academy girls, there may be an argument.
