Who are the trolls?

    Who are the trolls?

    This forum provides useful information to many but serves as a launch-pad for vindictive postings by many people who are aggrieved in one way or another about coaches, parents, players and clubs. It would be a service to the Mass soccer community to know who these people are.

    There is the person with an obvious issue with OnThree, those attacking M and B on one side and C and M on the other side. There's someone with a problem with the Stars u17 keeper parent again today. Teams like Stars Rovers u17G, Western Utd U14G, NEFC U13B, Explosion U14G get targeted regularly. L at Western and C at Stars have enemies on here, and so on.

    So who are these people? Anyone know?

    How can you possibly know for sure with anonymous posting? Won't asking for people to post who they SUSPECT are making certain posts just add fuel to the fire?

      Why should speculation and rumor be discouraged in this instance and not for example, about Onthree or B&M?

        Add someone with a problem with CU and Stars faking injuries and everyone has issues with MPS

          Wouldn't be helpful if the ping-address of the poster was listed? This would could at least identify if the same poster were making 'negative' posts frequently or if some trolling were occuring.

            Got it. The more bashing and speculation the better. Next we would need to speculate about who was speculating that someone was bashing someone else.

                      All those named above (OnThree, M, B, etc.) are often the Trolls themselves.

                          just consider the motivation and you find the answer. for instance, its not too difficult to figure out who keeps posting about a certain braintree club in crisis and then who keep posting about a certain two coaches with a rather non-existint list of accomplishments. or, a certain western coach who gets skewered after he plays guest players over his regulars...hmm ..who could that be.? mostly though, trolls are coaches who claim never visit this site.

                            The site has zero credibility because no one identifies themselves. I first found out about this site because my 13-year-old daughter and one of her teammates were laughing their butts off over the reponses to a thread they started. I asked them what was so funny on the computer and they showed me this site. xxxxxxxxxxxxDon't fool yourself into thinking you are talking to coaches. You are talking to little kids and their get-a-life parents.

                              I think this type of stuff is 99% of the trolling posts.
