lexington (strong, can midfield hold against best in state?)
masco (worrying late season 3-0 loss)
framingham (strong, defense good against tournament teams?)
peabody (dap, not much else i know, weak league)
brookline (young team but has faired well in perenially strong bsl)
billerica (return a bunch of starters, weak league)
lincoln sudbury (couple very strong players, can other teams find weaknesses?)
acton boxborough (much improved, no stars but mixing it up with the big boys of the dcl)
            east boston (not much known)
madison park (blownout by burke, but has been good other than that)
woburn (powerful offense, goalkeeper and defense issues?)
            everett (strong offense, struggling lately)
            somerville (?)
            cambridge (?)
st johns prep (preseason favorites, not any more, tough first round pick nonetheless)
andover (solid team, not expecting big run though)

            waltham is out
lowell(?), westford academy (?), medford (?), andover (?), haverhill (?)

dont know much about whats going on with merrimack or strength of gbl.

interesting matchup between sjp and ab on sunday. will be telling about league strength and possibilities for tournament runs.

no i dont think they have. they do play wilmington and north andover. and appear to have a high powered offense with two top club players.

Depends upon who SJP draws, but I do not think they will make much of a run and predict they will be out in 1 or 2 games.

                        sjp

could be--but there are no dominant teams in d1 north-except maybe Framingham-I don't see the prep losing to a nec cape ann or mvc team

I wouldn't use the word "maybe" with the word "dominant" for Framingham. Powerful team, especially offense, and good possession play.

SJP draws Everett in game 1 (lost to Everett 2-1 earlier in the season). Winner of that game gets to play Lexington next.

                              sjp everett

Prep played its worst game of the season and still should have won-Prediction Prep wins 3-0
