These guys are sleazy and they habitually hold tryouts for maple teams that are earlier than the cut off date in June. But, seriously, they just don't have any players, so I can't imagine who they have 'tampered' with. From what I hear, all of their good players, including the Club owner's daughter, have already hopped off to greener pastures.Comment

Sorry, I saw this thread, with the cute little team name of grasshoppers, and thought, a goof on team names, but no, if this was really a team name, then they should have been named "The mighty fire ants". That was the name of my son's rec team when he was about 6.Comment
