I am new to the site (heard about it on the sidelines recently ) I can not believe there is this much garbage posted about anything to do with youth soccer, let alone specific names at any age. I hope that this is not what I have to look forward to as my child (young) continues to expand her soccer experience. Scared to admit I am a new parent to a big club, but what I read hear is a serious eye opener. I assume it only gets worse.

Morbid curiosity was a good description. The people that are actually serious here can be seen on the sidelines. Usually one parent per team is a Wako! Visions of glory run through their head. Their kid is the best and the other lesser kids are getting in the way of "their" success. My kid did this, My kid did that, Bla Bla Bla.
I had a women (an angy women) tell me once that there were kids playing that didn't belong on the same field as her daughter! I'm not sure if my kid was in that group?

Welcome aboard is right....You will truly find out in youth soccer that there are crazy people living on this planet....Egos as big as the state...I remember one lady complaining about how all the other girls on her daughters team were not fit to be on the same field...I provided her the date, time and contact for Scorpians. This team was obviously beneath her ability. ... Her daughter needless to say did not make that team and the women yelled at me for about a hour after that tryout accusing me of setting her daughter up for failure and poor coaching, what fun!!!

You are right, the majority of the people that post regularly to this site are totally F'd, living their dreams through their precious little Mia's and Taylor's. Most are type A pompous shut-in a-holes and a-holesses that type away as they sip on their glass of Jack and ring the bell for the maid to serve lunch to them and their concubines and gigolo's.
