Stars of MA C - Scorpions E : Hmmmm Stars 3 scorps 0 Scorps still too new, tough draw stars for the first game. This team will be a different team by the end of the season

Western United L - Explosion FC K: Depends on who shows up to play. One of Western's key players also plays high school. Exlposion can take this one if they keep the defense tight and on their feet, Western tends to knock people around a bit.

Pioneers M - Fuller Hamlets S: Fuller 2 pioneers 0. Pioneers are hurting for players. Short bench and 3 players left for Western. Going to be a tough season for the pioneers

Let me give it a shot, because I do like solving puzzles. D Park must be Devens, so it would appear that playing on grass is preferable to the Rays than playing on turf. And poster is suggesting that the players that went to Stars are finding the commute worse than anticipated. Since we're talking U14, then the poster believes that the 2 players left as a package deal to play for GC's Stars team, but GC really is only interested in one of the two players, the younger of the two, who must be eligible to play on GC's U13 team.

While it's true GC wanted the younger of the two sisters, the older of the two played quite a bit during Stars Cup and is a good player who will thrive on that time. Maybe there was a problem earlier, but given the fact that the older sister is playing now quite a bit I can't imagine it's a large problem.
