09 Girl moving to the area

Hello. Our family is moving to the area and we have an 09 girl who will be looking for a new club. She's a strong player - what are the good ECNL/GA clubs in the area, and which might we want to avoid?

Not sure where you live so these are your options:ECNL teams are Bethesda, Maryland United (out of Prince George’s county)and Pipeline(Baltimore area and mostly north). GA teams are Armour(out of Columbia) and Celtic (Baltimore and north).

If you are living close to DC, you also have VA clubs Arlington and McLean/Union both ECNL both practice right across the bridge.

Try outs are done. and in Maryland most 09 players play high school soccer in the fall. so you have time. I think you may find it best to contact the clubs you may find closer to you and have your daughter go to a couple of practices for each to see where she feels she fits best. I know many of these clubs are still looking for players.

She would be perfect for the Mick & Nick traveling team of bandits and vagabonds @ PDA Blue 09
