Search warrants are very specific- you go after certain items listed- if other items are in "plain sight" you go get another for those items
the fact that they snatched up a bunch of stuff that wasnt on the warrant-they open themselves up to poisoning the fruit of their intended search- this will be a main focus of Trumps Defense attorneys motions

He only goes if a black person is killed by a white male. That’s why he is going a lot less now. The majority of shootings are now done by black males. Fortunately, they are not trained on firearms and usually don’t deliver fatal shots, but unfortunately, that means bystanders are more likely to get hit.
