An “armed and dangerous” man has been shooting people in random attacks across Memphis Wednesday night while livestreaming the violence on Facebook, police said.

Memphis police warned residents to be alert and watch out for 19-year-old Ezekiel Kelly, who is believed to be responsible for multiple shootings in the city.

Kelly was filming his alleged rampage, which began around 4:30 p.m. local time, on Facebook Live and was still on the loose late Wednesday. He switched vehicles from a blue Infiniti sedan to a grey Toyota SUV with Arkansas plate “AEV63K,” police said.

Kelly allegedly carjacked the SUV and shot the female driver, News3 reported.

The mom, who allegedly told kin she drowned her kids — 3-month-old Oliver, 4-year-old Liliana and 7-year-old Zachary – on a nearby beach early Monday, had stopped paying her $1,531-a-month rent in July 2021 and was served with an eviction notice days before the moratorium expired in January, records show.

Relatives reached on Monday said Merdy appeared unstable in recent years and had trouble maintaining consistent relationships.
