Well, from a liberal point of view, the cops not harassing a white kid in the burbs just proves that the system is systematically racist. They don't tend to focus on the fact that maybe, there aren't a lot of kids in the suburbs committing violent felonies. So they are left alone. Some populations are just more violent. If I took a random HS kid off the street from Westport or Wilton, and dropped them off in some sections of Brooklyn, those kids would literally sheet themselves, and that is in broad daylight. Put them after dark if you really want them to experience the lifestyle.
