Hmmm. As a liberal, what do you do now. This isn't fair!!!! Wahhhhhhhhh!!!!!
All the liberals I know, agree with not allowing biological males to compete in biological female competitions. However, they also support the rights of transgender people to be treated fairly and equally under the law and in society. However, unless we switch competitions to be based on testosterone levels instead of biological gender, it simply makes zero sense to allow biological males to compete against biological females. If that was allowed, there’s no point in having separate male and female divisions.
Great, no federal aid and wasted money defending a policy for two students over thousands. So now I have to pay for the ciac stupidity
Won’t they change the law in conn now? Article said a bunch of other states also allow male to female transgenders to compete in female divisions. This ruling may effect change in those other states too.
Wow. Ciac already responded Against this ruling saying they stand by their old ruling and ct state law.
They stand by it in the context of ct law, but fail to see the idiocy of the rule and the impact on all those real girls. They can’t admit they are wrong. They are like my wife.....never wrong.

You expect the CIAC, the sports arm of the CAS, which made these policies in the first place, and did it in accordance with CT state law, to deliberately violate the law?
If it's the law, the CIAC and the CAS cannot be wrong.
The law may be wrong, but that's another debate and an altogether different solution.
